E&B Lab (Espresso & Brewing Lab) is an Italian coffee tools brand born from IMS, a company with decades of expertise in stainless steel coffee filtration. The idea started with a simple technical challenge: designing precision filter disks for brewing methods beyond espresso, starting with the Fine and Superfine disks for AeroPress. The feedback that followed pushed the team to build out a full range of tools designed specifically for manual brewing, all engineered and crafted in Italy.
Rooted in traditional Italian craftsmanship — the same spirit found in glassblowing, wood and metalwork — E&B Lab applies that precision to coffee, creating ultrafine tools for anyone serious about how their coffee is brewed.
E&B Lab brings its filtration precision to the classic Italian moka pot, refining one of coffee's most traditional brewing methods with genuine engineering behind it. Designed and made in Italy, this range is built for anyone who loves the ritual of stovetop coffee but wants a more consistent, better-extracted cup from it.
A modern take on an Italian icon, built with the same craftsmanship E&B Lab applies across its entire range.
E&B Lab's ultrafine stainless steel filters are where the brand started — precision-engineered disks designed to improve extraction across manual brewing methods like AeroPress and other pour-over style brewers. Each filter is crafted in Italy to exact specifications, giving you cleaner, more consistent results than paper filters, without losing the oils and body that make manual brewing worth doing in the first place.
Built for coffee lovers who care about the details of every step, from grind to cup.
