E&B Lab (Espresso & Brewing Lab) is an Italian coffee tools brand born from IMS, a company with decades of expertise in stainless steel coffee filtration. The idea started with a simple technical challenge: designing precision filter disks for brewing methods beyond espresso, starting with the Fine and Superfine disks for AeroPress. The feedback that followed pushed the team to build out a full range of tools designed specifically for manual brewing, all engineered and crafted in Italy.
